Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, prioritize needs, and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient responses, administer therapies, manage medications, and execute timely discharge processes.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams, physicians, and case management to ensure nursing excellence and patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience:No experience required (new graduates welcome; previous nursing experience preferred).
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Licensure & Certifications: Active, unrestricted State RN License and active BLS certification required at submittal.
