Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Lexington, Kentucky.

Travel RN – Key Requirements
Active RN license in the applicable state
❤️ BLS certification required
ADN or ASN required (BSN preferred)
✅ New graduates accepted (no prior RN experience required)
Basic computer skills and ability to learn hospital systems
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
Ability to assess patients, develop care plans, administer treatments, and provide patient/family education
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation
Preferred
Previous nursing experience
BSN degree
Core Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
Administer medications and treatments
Educate patients and families
Delegate and supervise appropriate nursing tasks
Maintain accurate documentation and follow evidence-based nursing practices
