Job Overview
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) and provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a dynamic clinical environment. This position is ideal for adaptable nurses who are committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions according to physician orders.
Monitor patient conditions, identify changes, and communicate concerns promptly.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning.
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record (EMR) documentation.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
Delegate appropriate patient care tasks while ensuring quality and safety.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold infection prevention and patient safety standards.
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) required.
Current BLS Certification.
Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Previous acute care nursing experience.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care.
