**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse - MS/Tele Unit!** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to make a significant impact in patient care? - We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our MS/Tele unit, where you will be at the forefront of patient evaluation and care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate patients and assist physicians with optimal patient care. - Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to individual patient needs. - Identify patient needs and prioritize care through comprehensive assessments. - Develop and coordinate personalized care plans based on initial and ongoing evaluations. - Initiate detailed assessments guided by patient issues, physician diagnoses, and health frameworks. - Perform essential therapeutic nursing interventions. - Manage patient care with precision and compassion. - Document care according to established standards and clinical priorities. - Advocate for evidence-based care practices, supporting innovations in care delivery. - Deliver patient-centric care that aligns with professional nursing models. - Engage in additional responsibilities as assigned. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a MS/Tele unit within a major acute care hospital setting. - Strong background in MS/Tele nursing. **Must-Have Skills:** - Telemetry and cardiac monitoring expertise - EKG interpretation - ACLS certification - Proficient in assessments, monitoring, medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, post-procedural care, patient education, and discharge planning. **Essential Soft Skills:** - Critical thinking - Strong communication - Collaborative teamwork - Empathy - Effective time management - Multitasking and adaptability - Resilience - Keen attention to detail **Education Requirements:** - ASN required; BSN preferred. **Certifications & Licenses:** - NIHSS, Telemetry, BLS-AHA, CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours) - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license **Schedule Details:** - Shift: Night - Hours: 36 per week - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend - On-Call Requirement: None - Float Requirement: Possible to MS/Tele units or overflow unit **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
