**Join Our Dynamic MS/Tele Registered Nurse Team!** **Job Description:** - **Exciting Opportunity:** Become a vital part of our MS/Tele unit and deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, supportive environment. - **Patient-Centric Focus:** Evaluate patients and assist physicians with comprehensive care that addresses individual needs and medical conditions. - **Holistic Care Planning:** - Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to patient requirements. - Develop and coordinate individualized plans through ongoing assessments. - Initiate assessments based on patient problems, physician's diagnoses, and functional health frameworks. - **Therapeutic Interventions:** - Perform effective nursing interventions and manage patient care with compassion. - **Documentation Excellence:** - Document all care in accordance with standards based on patient acuity and clinical priorities. - **Advocacy for Best Practices:** - Promote evidence-based care standards and innovative practices. - **Collaborative Environment:** - Work with a dedicated team to provide superior patient care aligned with our professional nursing model. - **Flexible Role:** - Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed. **Required Skills & Experience:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse in a MS/Tele unit within a major acute care hospital. - **Technical Skills:** - Proficient in telemetry, cardiac monitoring, EKG interpretation, ACLS certification. - Competent in assessment, monitoring, medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, post-procedural care, patient education, and discharge planning. **Essential Soft Skills:** - Critical thinking - Effective communication - Teamwork and collaboration - Empathy and compassion - Strong time management and multitasking abilities - Adaptability and resilience - Attention to detail **Qualifications:** - **Required Education:** Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN). - **Preferred Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). - **Certifications & Licenses:** - NIHSS - Telemetry - BLS-AHA - CEU Contact Stroke (4 hours) - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. **Schedule Notes:** - **Shift:** Night - **Hours Per Week:** 36 - **Weekend Requirement:** Every other weekend - **Float Requirement:** Potentially to MS/Tele units, possible overflow unit, or ED holds. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
