RadHealth+ is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Springfield, Vermont.

Job Description

2+ years of current Med Surg/Telemetry experience required.
Provide nursing care to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients.
Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments and respond to changes in patient status.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure patient safety.
Complete accurate patient documentation and care plans.
Weekend Every other weekend; holidays as needed
RTO Maximum 5 days

Requirements

Active Vermont or Compact RN license required.
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
Required: PCU, Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry skills checklists.
One supervisory-signed reference from within the past 2 years required.
