HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Travel Contract – Medical Surgical Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Morgantown, WV
Facility: Mon Health Medical Center
Start Date: August 10, 2026
️ Duration: 13 Weeks (Extension Possible)
Shift: Nights 4x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Requirements
Active West Virginia RN License
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification preferred
Minimum 1–2 years of Med Surg and/or Oncology RN experience
Travel experience not required
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Strong IV start skills required
Clinical Experience Preferred
Inpatient Medical-Surgical and Oncology Nursing
Chemotherapy Administration (Preferred)
Port & PICC Line Management
Blood & Blood Product Administration
Central Line Care
Neutropenic Precautions
Oncology Patient Care
Symptom Management
Pain Management
IV Infusions
Foley Catheter & Ostomy Care
Patient & Family Education
Unit Highlights
12-bed Inpatient Oncology Unit with Med/Surg Overflow
Patient Ratio: 1:5–6
Adult & Geriatric Patients
Every Other Weekend Required
Cerner EMR
Facility is open to 13-week or longer contracts
Up to 2 pre-approved RTO requests
Attendance expectation: Maximum of 2–3 call-offs during the contract
