Job Title: Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Job Description: Join the Cardiac/Medical team at Dignity Yavapai Regional Medical Center West in Prescott, AZ. We are seeking a skilled Telemetry RN to provide quality care in a fast-paced, 49-bed unit.

Key Highlights:

• Unit Profile: 49-bed Telemetry unit with a 1:5 patient ratio.
• Clinical Focus: Cardiac (CHF, post-cath), respiratory, diabetic management, and post-operative orthopedic care.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7p–7a). Self-scheduling is available, subject to manager balancing.
• Support: Dedicated Charge Nurse, House Supervisor, and Nurse Aides (1:10–15 ratio) on-site.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience; prior experience with CVA/TIA and total joint replacements is preferred.
• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in reading telemetry strips, managing BiPAP/CPAP, and set-rate Diltiazem/Cardizem drips.
• Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS.
• Radius Policy: Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility. Must not have worked at a CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity facility within the past year.
