Job Summary: Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse position located in Rock Island, Illinois. This role involves providing clinical care as part of an interdisciplinary team in a healthcare facility. The position includes floating within the same discipline across local campuses and requires working scheduled daytime shifts.
Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid drivers license, work history/resume, skills checklist completed within 1 year, license verification, current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications, minimum 2 years of previous Med Surg experience required, stepdown/cardiac experience preferred, first-time travelers accepted, and must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility (or within 10% of the local rate if in Madison).
Location: 2701 17TH STREET, Rock Island, Illinois 61201
Note: The role involves working with patient care techs at a ratio of 1:5-6 on days and 1:6-7 on nights, with the possibility to float to stepdown units as needed.
