Job TitleMRI Technologist

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities- Perform MRI imaging procedures in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Operate GE MRI equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images
- Rotate on-call as required per departmental scheduling needs
- Adhere to all facility compliance, safety, and fit testing requirements, including no PAPR accommodation
- Complete required pre-start orientation modules (approximately 3 hours, completed prior to start date)
Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
- BLS certification required
- ARRT certification required
- Virginia state license or compact license must be in hand at time of submittal - no exceptions
- No prior license or background hits will be considered - any history will disqualify a candidate from consideration
- Candidates must pass facility fit testing requirements; any history of fit test issues will disqualify a candidate from consideration
- Allied candidates may be considered if permanent address is less than 50 miles from the facility; permanent address must be included with profile submission
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience operating GE MRI equipment
- Familiarity with on-call rotation schedules in a hospital or acute care setting
