Job TitleMRI Technologist - Nights (Contract / Travel)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift | Expected approximately 9 patients per shift | Weekend and evening availability required | Call coverage expected after midnight
Key Responsibilities- Perform MRI imaging procedures using GE HDXT 16.0 and 23.0 equipment
- Manage an expected patient load of approximately 9 patients per shift
- Work collaboratively with a Tech Aide or fellow MRI Technologist - solo coverage is not expected
- Provide on-call coverage as needed after midnight
- Participate in weekend, evening, and holiday scheduling as required, including one block of either the Christmas or New Year holiday period if scheduled
Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of current, hands-on MRI experience
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (MR) Certification - required
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification - required
- GE equipment experience required
- MRI Skills Checklist current within the past year required
- 1 supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment required
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills- Meditech Expanse EMR experience highly preferred
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced diagnostic imaging environment
