Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele Cardiac unit position requiring cardiac drip experience and an Alabama or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in a Med/Surg Tele Cardiac unit
• Patient ratio of 1:6 to 1:7
• Night shift, 3x12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Open to 36 or 48 hour schedules with block scheduling allowed
• Every other weekend (EOW) required

Requirements

• Active RN license (Alabama or Compact) in good standing required
• Current certifications: BLS and NIHSS required, ACLS preferred
• Cardiac drip experience required, including cardizem, tridil, and amiodarone

Additional Information

• Must reside more than 90 miles from the facility to qualify for travel positions
• COVID and flu vaccinations required unless a documented religious or medical exemption is provided
• 16 hours of non-billable orientation required
