Job Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required
• One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required
• Must have active certifications and meet all pre-start compliance requirements
• Experience with rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments preferred and required during orientation

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and support treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient progress
• Document patient care accurately and maintain a safe, organized care environment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while managing a varied clinical workload
