**Join Our Dynamic Healthcare Team!** - **Position:** Registered Nurse - MS/Tele - **Location:** Tertiary Care Hospital (Must have NY License in hand - no exceptions) - **Local Candidates:** Not Accepted (must reside more than 75 miles away) **Shift Details:** - **Alternating Shifts:** - Day: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM - Night: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - **Schedule:** - 4x12-Hour Shifts - Every Other Weekend Required **Patient Care:** - Work with a diverse array of cases in a complex care unit including: - Medicine - Ortho Overflow - Complex Long-Term Patients **Requirements:** - **Certifications:** - BLS - NIHSS - **Skills:** - MS/Tele, Telemetry - Rapid Response/Code Team Procedures - Pacemaker Care (Temporary/Permanent) - Feeding Tube Management - Blood Product Administration - Central Line and Peripheral Line Management - IV Starts and Heparin Protocols - Orthopedic Trauma and Total Joint Replacements - Surgical Drain Management - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) and other Oxygen Delivery Methods - Tracheostomy Management - Isolation Precautions - Wound Care/Wound Vac - **Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years in a similar role - Previous Charge Nurse experience required - Patient Ratio Experience: 1:6 **Other Information:** - **Unit:** 4500 MS/Tele - CC 103100012 - **Scrub Color:** Navy on bottom, navy or white on top - **Charting System:** Epic - **Patient Ratio:** Must be able to manage 1:5 to 1:7 **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
