Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | No on-call requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Neuro/Surgical Telemetry floor
• Float to other MS/Tele units or the ICU (low acuity) as needed
• Meet weekend requirement of 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
• Maintain holiday availability as required by the unit
• Accurately document patient care and assessments using Epic EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee or compact RN license required at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of MS/Tele experience required
• Epic experience within the past 18 months is required and must be clearly documented on the candidate's profile, including where Epic was utilized; candidates must pass the Epic competency exam (one attempt allowed)
• Two supervisory references required at time of submission
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Experience floating across MS/Tele or ICU environments
