Position: Neurology RN (Unit 516)
Schedule: 12-hour rotating days, evenings and nights, 36 hours a week in blocked weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday); holidays, holidays, on-call, call-back and charge per unit needs. URMC will also consider 48 hours a week billed at regular time
Experience: 2 years; telemetry experience required
Required: New York RN license only, BLS and NIHSS certification
Unit: Specialized neurological unit at a Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center and the region's only Level 4 Epilepsy Monitoring Unit, using continuous video EEG
Duties: Care for acute and complex neurological patients - stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barre and more - alongside an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
Facility: Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester NY
