Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Dallas, Texas. This role involves providing specialized care to neonatal patients, including preemies and critically ill infants, within a busy hospital setting. The selected candidate will work a rotating schedule with a focus on advanced neonatal care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Location: Dallas, Texas, 7777 Forest Lane
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, beginning on 08/11/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, minimum of 1 year of Level III neonatal intensive care experience, certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), experience with preemies (at least 28 weeks gestation and above), management of central lines, respiratory management including intubated patients, proficiency with neonatal procedures such as central line insertions, circumcisions, exploratory laps, gastroschisis reductions, PDA ligations, and experience caring for trach infants and patients with Broviacs.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with surgical, cardiac patients, and patients aged approximately 2 years. Knowledge of the use of nasal cannula, Bubble Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP), ventilators, oscillators, IV pumps, near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS), warmers, and isolettes is desirable.
