Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves providing direct clinical care to neonatal patients, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality, safe nursing practices in a specialized critical care environment.

Job Details:

  • Shift: Nights
  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Location: Detroit, Michigan
  • Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent, current neonatal intensive care certification, at least 0 years of experience, and ability to work night shifts.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in neonatal intensive care, familiarity with NICU protocols, and strong clinical skills in neonatal patient management.
  • Additional Information: The NICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned neonatal patients on a per shift basis, with supervision of clinical staff delegated appropriately. The role supports the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure delivery of high-quality, safe patient care, staff competency, and effective resource management.
