Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced NICU RN for a night shift assignment requiring Level 3 or 4 NICU experience and NRP certification.

Details

• Work in the Neonatal ICU (NICU) unit of a hospital
• Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 18:45-07:15)
• 36 hours per week
• Uses Epic EMR system

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level 3 or 4 NICU required
• NRP certification required
• Previous Epic charting experience required
• Two references required for consideration, with at least one from a Nurse Manager or higher

Additional Information

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level 3 or 4 NICU setting
• A pass/fail medication exam is required during in-person orientation, with only one attempt allowed and study materials provided
• A pass/fail EKG test is also required
• Candidates must reside within 200 miles of the facility
• Candidates with prior disciplinary actions on their nursing license will not be considered
