Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a 13-week contract assignment in Geneva, New York. This pivotal role involves overseeing nursing operations and staff within a dynamic healthcare environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The RN Supervisor will be responsible for daily operational management, staff guidance, and maintaining clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established policies and procedures.

- Assist with patient care as needed, maintaining clinical competency.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Prior experience in a charge nurse or supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
