Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with Gynecology (GYN) ambulatory experience to join a busy outpatient practice in Radnor, PA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a compassionate, clinically strong RN who thrives in an independent ambulatory care environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent triage skills, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to manage patient care independently while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team. EPIC EMR experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care in an outpatient Gynecology practice.
- Perform patient triage via phone and in-person assessments.
- Assess patient symptoms and determine the appropriate level of care.
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, procedures, and follow-up care.
- Coordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EPIC preferred).
- Escalate urgent patient concerns using sound clinical judgment.
- Support providers during office visits and clinical procedures as needed.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and patient safety standards.
Requirements- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 2 years of ambulatory nursing experience.
- GYN experience is required.
- Experience with patient triage in an ambulatory or outpatient setting.
- EPIC EMR experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate patient concerns.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute within 30 minutes during regular traffic.
Training- 4-hour EMR Training
- Wednesday | 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (includes a 1-hour break)
