Job Title: Procedural RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Agency Staff RN Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 0800-1830 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Registered Nurse (RN) Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), NIH Stroke Certification Must-Have: Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills Time management and organizational skills Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and high volumes Strong problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Description: Delivers nursing care responsibly and accountably as described by the American Nurses Association and legally by the State of Michigan. Demonstrates competency through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Upholds the standards of professional performance as described by the American Nurses Association. Strives to achieve optimal outcomes. Provides evidence-based nursing care consistent with the interprofessional plan of care and in accordance with health system policies and regulatory standards. Communicates and collaborates with other members of the health care team to ensure continuity and coordination of care. Acts as a patient/family advocate. Performs point-of-care testing as required.
