TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Columbia, South Carolina, 29204!

Registered Nurse – EP Lab
Location

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00–17:30) | Onsite | No on-call required | No weekend requirement
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with and circulate electrophysiology (EP) lab procedures from start to finish, remaining until all procedures are complete
- Monitor and manage procedural sedation throughout EP and cardiac procedures
- Perform interpretation and management of dysrhythmias during procedures
- Obtain and interpret 12-lead EKG/ECG as required
- Perform Activated Clotting Time (ACT) testing and cardioversion as indicated
- Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health record system
Required Qualifications
- Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license (SC license must be active prior to start date)
- Minimum of 3 years of EP Lab RN experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Agency-provided radiation badge (radiation badge must be supplied by the staffing agency; not provided by the facility)
- Demonstrated experience with ACT, cardioversion, procedural sedation monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and 12-lead EKG/ECG acquisition
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience in an EP or Cardiac Cath Lab setting
- Familiarity with Epic charting system
- Ability to adapt to variable shift end times based on procedure completion
