Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM with On-Call Requirements | Monday – Friday with Call Coverage 24 Hours Daily
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Cardiac Catheterization Lab performing a broad range of interventional and diagnostic procedures on an adult patient population
Operate and monitor advanced cardiac equipment including Impella, IABP, OCT, IVUS, Shockwave, temporary pacemakers, and pressure wires
Independently titrate vasoactive and cardiac drips in a critical care setting
Assist with procedures including left and right heart catheterizations, TAVR, TMVR, ASD/PFO closure, stenting, atherectomy, mechanical thrombectomy, Mitral Clip, and VSD repair
Document patient care accurately using Sunrise/Allscripts and Mac Lab EMR systems
Participate in self-scheduled on-call rotation, approximately one weekday per week and one weekend per month, with call hours from 4:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current ACLS certification
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting
Demonstrated critical care experience
Hands-on experience with Impella and IABP
Proven ability to independently titrate drips
Preferred Experience / Skills
Familiarity with advanced imaging and hemodynamic tools such as OCT, IVUS, Opsens, CathWorks, and Penumbra systems
Experience with structural heart procedures including TAVR, TMVR, Mitral Clip, and ASD/PFO closure
Proficiency with Sunrise/Allscripts and Mac Lab EMR platforms
