Travel Nurse RN - Case Manager - $2,364 per week in Everett, WA

Job Title: Case Manager RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: WA RN License required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Must have Acute Care Experience - Discharge Planning/Care Coordination Experience - Strong preference for candidates with diverse Case Management experience including Med Surg, and Emergency Department Description: This position involves working as a Case Manager RN. The role requires experience in care coordination and discharge planning within an acute care facility. Candidates will be expected to work in multiple areas of the hospital. Weekends are required on an every-other-weekend basis. Candidates should be open to floating between various units. Previous charge experience is preferred. Familiarity with the EPIC charting system is required. Behavioral health experience does not count as acute care hospital experience. Traveling staff must be flexible and willing to adapt to changing schedules. Providers may be required to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
