Required Qualifications: Valid Compact State License; 1.5 years of ICU experience; certifications in ACLS, NIHSS; skills in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, arterial line management, central line care, ventilator management, ABG interpretation, PPE protocols, and specialized ICU procedures. Position Description: Responsible for delivering high-acuity care in a general ICU environment, managing patients with severe and complex conditions including respiratory failure, post-cardiac arrest, and sepsis.
