Travel Nurse RN - Case Manager - $2,793 per week in Anchorage, AK

Job Title: Case Manager RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: AK RN License required Certifications: BLS preferred, ACM Certification preferred Must-Have: Epic experience Acute Care experience Description: Case Manager RN position available. Candidates must have an AK RN license in hand for auto offer. Shift hours may vary but will typically be from 0700 to 1700. Candidates are required to work weekends, every other weekend, or 4 weekend days in a 4-week schedule. Travelers may be called off for 1 shift every 2 weeks. Candidates will float within their scope to meet facility needs. Local candidates are not accepted; the permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility. Only one time off request of 5 days or less is allowed during the 13-week assignment, and no holiday RTO for auto offer. The facility is an acute hospital and supports various interdisciplinary teams. Patient demographics include neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Daily census is approximately 324 patients. Prefer candidates with Microsoft Office/Teams experience. Completion of specific training modules is required. Candidates must comply with health and vaccine requirements.
