The Director, Surgical Services RN serves in a dual role as Operations Director and Nursing Director for Surgical Services at PAMC, overseeing the Pre‑Op Clinic, Ambulatory Surgery Unit, Pain Clinic, Operating Room, Post‑Anesthesia Care Unit, Endoscopy, and Sterile Processing Department. The Director is accountable for the operational, financial, clinical, and business effectiveness of Surgical Services and for leading patient care areas that contribute to safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient‑ and family‑centered care.
