Travel Nurse RN - Case Manager - $2,836 per week in Anchorage, AK

Must have Epic experience. AK RN license required for auto offer. Description: The Case Manager RN is responsible for coordinating patient care and discharge planning. This role requires knowledge of appeals and denials, as well as care coordination. Experience with CMS guidelines and medical necessity determination is essential. Knowledge of InterQual criteria and Milliman guidelines is preferred. Candidates will work with various patient age groups, including neonates and geriatrics. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend or four weekend days in a four-week schedule. Candidates must be able to float within case management services to meet facility needs. The position involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy and social services. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities. Candidates must commit to working three of the five major holidays. Two references covering one year of experience within the last three years are required.
