TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Case Manager RN in Anchorage, Alaska, 99501!
Start Date: 08/31/2026 (ASAP)
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 5x8 (Monday–Friday business hours; shift times between 0700–1700)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pediatric patient care from admission to discharge.
- Develop and manage discharge plans.
- Assess patient needs and arrange post-discharge services (DME, home health, etc.).
- Perform utilization review and verify medical necessity.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
- Document care in Epic EMR.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and CMS guidelines.
- Educate patients and families and facilitate safe, timely discharges.
- Float within Case Management services as needed.
