Key Responsibilities- Provide case management services within an acute care hospital setting
- Utilize Epic for all clinical documentation and charting
- Float between like units based on facility need
- Participate in holiday coverage - must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
- Work every other weekend as required by the facility
Required Qualifications- Active RN license - compact license must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of case management experience; acute care experience required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
- Must submit all requested time off (RTO) at time of initial submittal - post-offer RTO requests may not be granted
- 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler; locals are accepted under separate terms
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience in a case management or acute care setting
- Experience working within a large health system environment
- Flexibility to adapt to varying unit needs and scheduling demands
