Job Details:
- Schedule: Shift 0630-1500, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: California Registered Nurse (RN) CA Board of Registered Nursing, 2 years recent, pertinent clinical experience, AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals (AHA BLS Healthcare)
- Preferred Qualifications: Leadership experience, CVOR open heart, circulating, cardiac robotic procedures, assessing and improving competencies, scrub experience, physician relations, liaising with sterile processing teams
- Additional Information: The role involves leading shift operations in a clinical environment focused on cardiovascular and open heart procedures, performing operational and resource management, promoting safety, and mentoring staff. Experience with open heart surgeries, cardiovascular operating room practices, and cardiovascular robotic procedures is highly valued. The candidate will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
