Required Qualifications: CA Registered Nurse (RN) license, CPR certification, ACLS certification, NIH certification, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), at least three years recent RN experience in a direct RN role, and at least two years recent RN experience in an ICU or specialty area, with experience in nursing process, individualized assessment, plan of care, patient and family advocacy, patient care documentation, patient care conferences, management of complex clinical situations, communication, and socio-cultural variables. Additional Information: The RN will assess patient and family needs, develop and implement care plans, evaluate responses, and coordinate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
