Opportunity:

RN - Dialysis

Job Details:

• Variable flex shifts available in 6, 8, 10, or 12-hour increments
• Start times are variable depending on patient and clinic need, ranging from 5:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• PM shift starts at noon for 8-hour shifts in the outpatient clinic
• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly with overtime after 80 hours worked in the second week
• Assignment coverage includes both inpatient and outpatient RN and PCT roles based on need (50/50 split)
• Block scheduling available
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• On-call required 2 times weekly as needed, including every other weekend when working - weekend call requirement may be two shifts with a 1-hour response time
• Float requirements limited to inpatient and outpatient settings only
• Inpatient patient ratio is 1:4 with dialysis tech, or 1:1 in ICU units; outpatient ratio is 1:8
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required with previous dialysis experience in an inpatient setting
• Prior CRRT and Peritoneal Dialysis experience required
• Trauma Level II experience highly preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Required certifications: WI RN License and BLS (AHA or ARC)
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Scrub color: any color
