**Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Dialysis CWR!**
**Job Description:**
- Are you a passionate Registered Nurse looking to make a significant impact in patient care?
- Join our dynamic Acute Dialysis team and be a crucial part of a collaborative healthcare environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate patients and assist physicians with comprehensive patient care.
- Plan, implement, and document tailored nursing care based on individual patient needs.
- Identify patient needs and prioritize care through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate an individualized plan of care through ongoing assessments.
- Initiate assessments based on patient problems, physician diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage comprehensive care for patients.
- Document care adhering to established standards based on patient acuity and clinical priorities.
- Advocate for evidence-based practices and support the adoption of innovations in patient care.
- Provide patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing practice.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- Minimum 1 year of acute dialysis experience.
- Telemetry experience highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Fresenius T Machine and portable RO systems.
**Education & Certifications:**
- Required Education: ASN.
- Preferred Education: BSN.
- Required Certifications: BLS (AHA), NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
**Schedule:**
- Evening Shift: 4 x 10 with weekend requirements (Every Other Saturday and occasional Sundays).
