Job Summary
Emergency Room Nurse position located in Valparaiso, Indiana. This opportunity involves providing patient care in a high-volume ER setting that features approximately 30 beds. The role requires the ability to work night shifts, with a schedule of 12-hour nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and a minimum commitment of 36 hours per week. The position is an immediate opening for a dedicated RN with at least one year of experience and appropriate licensure.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: RN licensure in Indiana, ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC certifications, NIHSS certification, and one year of ER experience.

• Float: Float rotation may be required to other units.
• Additional Information: The ER unit contains 30 beds with a patient ratio of 1:4. The EMR system used is Cerner. Scrub dress code requires navy uniforms. Travelers must attach valid license and certifications, include a current drivers license, and match the provided address, which should be greater than 50 miles from the facility. Local candidates are not accepted.
