Compensation & Schedule Details

  • Hours & Shift: 36 hours per week (Mid-shift, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM).
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks (Target Start Date: September 28, 2026).
  • Weekend & Call Requirements: Every other weekend required. On-call is voluntary.

Key Facility Policies & Floating Rules

  • Floating & Uniforms: Required to float as "helping hands" during low census. EMR is Epic. Pewter/charcoal grey scrubs required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.
  • Licensure: Active New Mexico (NM) RN license or active multistate compact RN license in hand.
  • Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, and TNCC or ATCN required (CPI/de-escalation certification preferred).
