Job Summary Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) located in Hackensack Meridian Health-Main Campus. This role involves providing specialized emergency care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment. The ER RN must quickly assess patients, prioritize injuries, and deliver immediate care for a variety of trauma and medical cases.

Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS Basic Life Support, ACLS Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support, ASN Associate Degree in Nursing, minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 18 months of recent ER experience within the past six months.
Preferred Qualifications: BSN Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Required Skills & Experience:
Must have minimum 18 months of Nursing experience working in an ER environment.
Demonstrated level of performance and practice is required.
Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
Additional Information:
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend.
Holiday requirement: 3 out of 6.
No on-call or float requirements.
