Float Requirements: float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital
On Call/Call Back Requirements: none
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS (American Heart), NIHSS Stroke, ACLS, PALS, Active WI RN or Compact license
Minimum Experience: 2+ years ER experience; At least 1 travel contract completed
preferred Charting Experience Required: EPIC strictly required within the last 12 months
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 17 beds
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
Scrub Colors: Any
Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies
GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation.
Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency.
Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:Associate Degree or Certificate PREFERRED
