Job Summary: The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for providing care to a designated group of patients. Utilizing the nursing process, trends, technology, and resources, the RN ensures patient safety, accurate documentation, and effective communication. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and modifying them based on continuous evaluation. The RN also collaborates with colleagues, offers constructive feedback, and identifies personal learning needs to enhance professional development.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience
• ASN degree
• Illinois state RN License in good standing
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS (American Heart Association)
• PALS (American Heart Association)

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN degree
• EPIC experience
• Trauma level 2 or higher experience
• TNCC certification highly preferred
