Job Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license at the time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department or ER RN experience
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- Experience caring for pediatric patients and comfort working them into your assignment ratio
- Up-to-date resume and skills checklist matching the emergency nursing specialty
- Ability to include all requested time off at the time of submission
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, efficient nursing care in a high-acuity emergency department setting
- Assess, triage, and stabilize patients of all ages presenting with urgent and emergent needs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support timely care decisions
- Monitor patient status, administer treatments, and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Support safe, compassionate patient care in a busy ER environment
- Adapt to a fast-moving workflow while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment
