• Traveler Experience:Required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Peds: Strong pediatric experience preferred
• Certifications:ACLS, BLS, CPI, PALS, TNCC
• Charting:Epic required
• Trauma: Level II experience required
• Patient Ratio: 1:4
• Department: Combined Adult/Peds ED
• Volume: ~160 visits/day, 50 beds
• Call: None
• Weekends: Every other weekend
• Floating: Helping-hands/team nursing; may float to ICU or ED for support
• Peds & Adult: Patients across the lifespan
• Common Cases: Trauma, stroke, cardiac, respiratory, sepsis, psych, GI/GU/OB and pediatric emergencies
• Procedures: Conscious sedation, trauma/stroke alerts, cath lab activation, SANE
• Orientation: 36 hours
• Scrubs: Any color
• Winter Holidays: Must work 2 of 3
• Locals: Accepted within 50 miles at a $15 rate reduction
• Important: Former employees of any Solution Health facility are not eligible for travel assignments.
