Travel ER Registered Nurse (RN) – Nights | Panorama City, CA | Up to $2,960/Week

Location: Panorama City, CA
Gross Weekly Pay: Up to $2,960/week
Start Date: August 17
⏳ Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Position Details

  • Shift: Nights
  • Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
  • No On-Call
  • Orientation begins 8/17 (orientation shifts may vary based on preceptor availability).

Weekly Pay Package

  • Gross Weekly Pay:Up to $2,960/week

Requirements

  • Active California RN License
  • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience
  • Pediatric Emergency experience required
  • Strong IV insertion skills
  • Patient care management experience
  • Looking for nurses interested in long-term opportunities
  • Travel experience preferred, but not required

Required Certifications

  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • NIHSS
  • LA Fire Card

Preferred Certifications

  • CEN
  • CPEN
  • ENPC
  • TNCC

Important Submission Requirements

  • Supervisory references are required
  • Universal submittal packet
  • All skills checklists must have 3.0+ scores
  • Must pass a cardiac rhythm interpretation test with a minimum score of 80% (up to three attempts).

Emergency Department Highlights

  • Approximately 220–250 patients per day
  • High-acuity environment
  • Community emergency department with approximately 20% pediatric patients
  • Heavy geriatric population
  • Certified Stroke Center

You'll care for a variety of patient populations, including:

  • Stroke patients
  • General emergency cases
  • Psychiatric patients (dedicated 4-bed behavioral health area)

Patients requiring STEMI intervention, cardiac catheterization, neurosurgery, or major bleeding intervention are stabilized and transferred to the appropriate facility.
