Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Emergency Room setting within a short-term acute care hospital
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:3, delivering safe and effective nursing care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to meet patient needs across shifts
• Float to other units or affiliate facilities as needed based on skill set and patient census
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays as outlined in the contract agreement

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license (may submit with license pending)
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
• Must have a personal vehicle available for use during the assignment
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care or emergency room environment
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability when floating to varied units or affiliate locations
