Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $1,912 per week in Winston Salem, NC

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH, PALS, MOAB required Must-Have: - IV Start - Triage - Telemetry Description: RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO on the unit could possibly lead to a cancelation. No block scheduling is permitted. Must possess a minimum of 2 years of ER experience. Traveler experience is acceptable; first-time travelers are welcome. Local candidates will be considered but may receive a different rate. Patient ratios are 1:3-5, with 250 visits per day and 101 beds available. Floating is a requirement and will occur between Emergency Observation and Emergency Behavioral Health based on the greatest need. A minimum of 4 weekend days within a 6-week time frame is required, which could result in every other weekend commitment. The patient population includes neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The unit provides regional referral and tertiary care, serving a diverse population. Must have teamwork approach and adhere to behavioral expectations in all interactions. Must be able to comply with departmental policies, which are strictly enforced.
