Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in the Emergency Room to take on a travel assignment in Santa Fe, NM. This role requires a dedicated RN to work in a fast-paced environment, implementing and coordinating patient care aligned with the standards of care.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room- Obtain and record initial assessment and establish priorities according to patient age and needs
- Re-assess patients to identify progress and trends requiring intervention
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Make nursing decisions based on evaluation of patient outcomes
- Participate in patient health education and discharge planning
- Implement and document timely interventions
- Evaluate the plan of care and perform Point of Care testing procedures
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room- Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
- Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications required
- TNCC Certification required
- CPI/De-Escalation Certification preferred
- Experience with patient rights and communication skills appropriate to developmental age
