Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Must-Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Acute care facility experience preferred
Description:
Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional discretion.
Employ independent judgment in all aspects of care delivery.
Collect relevant data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
Analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
Develop a plan that prescribes interventions to attain desired outcomes.
Implement the plan, coordinating care delivery and promoting health and safety.
Evaluate progress toward attaining outcomes.
Identify outcomes for the patient or the patient's situation.
Collaborate with the patient, family, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and humane care.
Provide learning opportunities for patients, family members, and team members.
Directly provide health information to patients and families.
Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of healthcare team members.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Commit to the safety and well-being of associates and patients, ensuring compliance with required vaccinations.
