Adheres to professional standards and state regulations, aligning with the health center mission. Completes nursing database and care plan with concise and pertinent information. Reports findings to the physician. Performs nursing procedures and interventions safely and efficiently. Demonstrates technical skill in all nursing tasks. Safely defuses anxious, hostile, or violent behavior at the earliest possible stage. Identifies patient learning needs and provides appropriate education. Demonstrates effective delegation practices. Utilizes information from annual training effectively, in accordance with the nurse practice act.
