Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,283 per week in Washington, DC

Travelers must be willing and able to work in the trauma room as the bedside trauma RN. Must be willing to take a patient ratio of 1:5. The Emergency Department is a fast-paced environment that treats a wide variety of patients. Emergency Department nurses manage critical care skills such as medication titrations, arterial lines, mass transfusion of blood, and chest tubes. Patients range from urgent care (simple procedures) to psychiatric, pediatric, and critical care/trauma patients. The role involves coordinating and delivering care to patients with complex nursing care needs. Ensuring the highest level of safety and quality while promoting a positive patient experience is essential.
