Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,291 per week in Manchester, NH

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced emergency room License: Active nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, CPI, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: Epic experience required Pediatric experience preferred Previous Charge Experience preferred Description: The candidate for this position will work in a busy emergency room setting. They will experience a diverse patient population, ranging from simple to complex diagnoses. Patients seen may include those with minor cuts and scrapes, fractures, and abdominal pain. The role will require management of critical cases such as respiratory concerns and oncological emergencies. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to interpret dysrhythmias and manage emergencies effectively. The work environment will also include floating responsibilities to assist in other areas as needed. Weekend shifts will be required every other weekend. Interdisciplinary support will be available, including teams for IVs, physical therapy, and rapid response services. The candidate will need to be familiar with special procedures including conscious sedation and trauma alert activation. Familiarity with point of care ultrasound and related equipment is essential. This position requires a strong team-oriented approach to patient care.
